COVID Dispatches: Day 7

Linda is recovering quickly. She did some coughing this morning, but that was all.

We both got a good night’s sleep.

I had a stomach ache again this morning. It took a bit longer to get rid of it today. I also had a fever (still 100.2 at the highest) on and off throughout the day.

On the bright side, I didn’t have neck pain or any body aches.

And now, a new symptom: fatigue. As I texted the girls earlier, I knew I needed some protein, so I grabbed a Quest bar. My first thought after biting into it was “Do I HAVE to chew?” The fatigue just makes every action seem like an ordeal. I alternated being up and about for 2 hours with napping for 2 hours.

This is tiresome, but tolerable.

Sister Paula brought us chicken & beef fajitas and chips & queso for lunch, along with some dessert.
